recognizes e-mail is a convenient method of communication; however,
requests and inquiries requiring immediate attention should NOT be sent
by e-mail, since an Association representative may not be able to
immediately review your e-mail. E-mail messages will not serve as a
sufficient method for any requirement imposed on you to provide written
notice, nor may any e-mail message be used to place a stop payment on a
check, request account transfers or report lost or stolen debit cards,
ATM cards or checks.
Non-public personal and account information such as Account Numbers,
Passwords, PIN’s and Social Security Numbers should NOT be sent by
e-mail.
Questions about your account or a need for immediate response, please
call 573-756-6622 or your local branch office during normal business
hours.
To report a lost or stolen debit card or ATM card outside of normal
business hours, call 1-800-383-8000.
